Childhood friends Arjun (Ajay Devgan) and Mannu (Salman Khan) share little in common except their interest in music. While Arjun's life is consumed by a passionate drive towards music, Mannu does not find himself much inclined to take up music as a career. Manu slogs day and night, sacrificing everything in his obsession to realize his dream - singing at London's Wembley Stadium. On reaching London with his band and love, Priya (Asin), Arjun gets Mannu to London and makes him a part of the band. With Mannu’s inherent talent getting recognized, Arjun soon realizes he's created the biggest threat and obstacle to his own ambitions. He devises a sinister plan to destroy his best friend.
