Fruit and Nut is an absolute madcap comedy revolving around a sweet guy known as Jolly Maker. He is a simple, idealistic and diligent bachelor who is in desperate search of friends, love and success. One fine day, Jolly's sexy but snooty colleague, Monica gets mysteriously kidnapped and after a series of comical mishaps, Jolly finds himself stuck in the middle of an insane plot. Will our poor Jolly come out of the crisis? Will he finally win the heart of the woman of his dreams? Answers to all these questions make for rest of the film.
